Located at the former Sears parcel in Aventura, Esplanade at Aventura is well positioned 15 miles south of Fort Lauderdale, 17 miles north of Miami and only three miles from the beach in one of the most affluent markets in south Florida. Aventura is fueled by strong demographics and a thriving tourism market where 28 million visitors shop annually with gross sales of more than 1.4 billion.
